A Balanced Diet

We encourage a healthy balanced diet.  We will also educate children on Macronutrients and Micronutrients, what is in our foods and what these do.

We also understand that everyone is a bit different and kids enjoy a packet of crisps or a snack bar.  We will be burning a lot of calories in sports camps and sessions so an increased calorie consumption may be required on these days to replenish energy stores.

Also we are a NUT FREE CAMP.  We care about everyone at the camp, Kids, Staff and Parents and it is quite likely that someone at the camp will have a nut allergy so please do not put them at risk by bringing any nut product or product that states it may contain nuts to sports camps.

Fruit will be provided for all children and sugar free/low sugar drinks and cereal bars/snacks will be available to purchase during breaks.
